It depends on the size of the garage and what you choose. A floor can go quickly, while a full buildout with cabinets, lighting and a lift takes longer. We give you a realistic schedule after your consultation.
Can I upgrade my garage in phases?
Yes. We plan the whole garage first so each phase fits together, then you can start with the floor and add cabinets, lighting, a lift or a gym later.
Can you work around my cars and belongings?
We plan the work so your vehicles and belongings are moved as needed, and we keep you informed about timing and when you can park again.
Will an HOA need to approve exterior changes like a garage door?
Many neighborhoods require approval for exterior changes. We can provide details and images to support your submission.
